At a meeting held at Fred's Restaurant on November 1, the Southampton County Fire and Rescue Association presented owner Fred Rabil with a showcase in recognition and appreciation of everything he has done for area fire and rescue departments over the years. The showcase features a collection of patches from every department that is a member of the Southampton County Fire and Rescue Association, as well as fire departments across the United States and foreign countries.
